Privacy policy
This policy covers the D2W travel search site, operated by D2W Mobility, India. You can search without an account and without telling us who you are. Last updated 18 September 2026.
If you only search
We record the shape of each search — airports, dates, number of travellers, cabin, and the country and currency you chose — and which results and partners were opened. This tells us which partners are useful to travellers.
These records carry a random session number and nothing else about you: no name, email, phone number or IP address.
Like any website, our servers also keep short-lived technical logs, which include your IP address, to keep the site secure and fix faults. They are not used to build a profile of you.
If you create an account
We keep your name, mobile number, the email address if you add one, and your password — stored only as a one-way hash that nobody, including us, can read back.
We keep the flight searches you run while signed in, so they appear on any device you sign in on. We keep the search only, never a price.
If you ask to reset your password, we email a 6-digit code to the address on your account. Only a scrambled form of the code is stored, and it stops working after 10 minutes.
Why we use it
To run searches, keep you signed in, show your saved searches, help you recover your account, and improve the site. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Travel partners receive the details of a search (for example airports, dates and number of travellers) so they can quote for it. They do not receive your name, phone or email from us.
Account emails are delivered by our email provider on our behalf. When you continue to a partner site, what you enter there is governed by that partner’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Account details and saved searches: until you delete your account. We keep your 30 most recent saved searches.
Password reset codes: they expire after 10 minutes and cannot be used again.
Anonymous search records: for as long as they are useful for improving the site.
Your choices
You can change your name and email, clear your saved searches, or delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account removes it straight away.
