Searching and prices
Where do the prices come from?+
From our travel partners. When you search, D2W asks each connected partner at the same time and shows what they return. We do not add anything to their price.
Why does a price say it was seen recently?+
Some partners share prices from searches their own customers made in the last day or two, rather than a fresh quote. We label those so you know, and the partner shows the current price when you continue.
Why did the price change when I opened the deal?+
Airline and hotel prices move all the time. Where a partner lets us, we check the price again just before sending you on and tell you if it changed.
Why is a price shown in another currency as well?+
If a partner quotes in a currency different from the one you picked, we show their original amount and an approximate conversion at European Central Bank reference rates. You pay the partner price.
Why can I not book some results?+
A few partners are connected in test mode while we set them up. Their schedules are real but their prices cannot be booked yet, and the result says so.
Booking
Do I book with D2W?+
No. You book on the partner site, and they take your payment and send your confirmation and tickets.
How do I change or cancel a booking?+
Contact the partner you booked with. Their conditions decide changes, cancellations, refunds and baggage.
Are hotels and car hire available?+
You can search them now. Where a partner is connected you can continue to their site; we do not show hotel or car prices until a partner provides them.
Your account
Do I need an account?+
No. You can search and compare without one. An account keeps your searches on every device you sign in on.
I forgot my password.+
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. We email a 6-digit code to the address on your account. If there is no email on the account, contact us.
How do I delete my account?+
Sign in, open your account page and choose “Delete my account”. It is removed straight away.

How does D2W make money?+
Some partners pay us a referral commission when a search leads to a booking on their site. It does not change your price or the order of results.
